Observing employees while they are performing their jobs and making recommendations for changes in technique to reduce the risk of injury associated with employees work habits and behaviors.
Employee and new hire MSD prevention education classes
Seminars with employees, focusing on their ability to identify and modify risks of MSD associated with the way that they perform physically demanding tasks.
Ergonomic risk assessment/Functional Job Analysis
A structured formal assessment of the physical stressors of a particular job. Generation of a report identifying the physical stressors and recommendations for modifications to the process or equipment directed at reducing risks associated with MSD.
Worksite stretching and conditioning programs
Assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring a structured worksite micro-stretching program designed to maintain soft tissue health in the most frequently affected areas of the body.
